Return Policy
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you wish to return our products, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer and we will be refunding you the original cost once we receive the items back to our warehouse.

Damages and Breakages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please share a picture or video of the damaged products via Email or Whatsapp immediately so that we can evaluate the damage and initiate Refunds accordingly. We reserve the right to accept or decline any return/refund requests.
Note : If there is no unboxing video for broken items, we will not initiate a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations
As an organisation, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us or reach us at the following numbers within 24 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you +91 9487156722.
Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, we reserve the right to deny future orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product even if it is broken for our reference purpose.
For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.
